Steve Ralph

Steve W. Ralph was a pastor in the Church of the Nazarene for a congregation in Washington, but spent most of his ministry as a chaplain in the United States Army and Army National Guard. He also worked for the Department of Social and Health Services. He was married for Judy and father to Peter and Andrew.
